Tarrant County RACES is a group of over 500 FCC licensed Amateur Radio operators who volunteer their equipment and time to the citizens of North Texas The Tarrant County RACES organization performs both the RACES (Radio Amateurs in Civil Emergency Service) for the Fort Worth/Tarrant County office of Emergency Management and the ARES (Amateur Radio Emergency Service) functions for our local served agencies.
